Notice Regarding our Transition to a Holding Company Structure

Works Applications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Works” or “The Company”) will transition into a holding company structure through a company split method with effect from 1st April 2021 (scheduled date). The rights and obligations of Works’ existing businesses, such as HUE AC series, Ariel series, HUE Classic series, as well as SaaS services such as HUE Works Suite series and HUE Works Suite DX Solutions series, and also the HUE SCM business will be succeeded to the subsidiaries listed below which are 100% owned by Works. The Company’s transition to a holding company structure will not cause changes to the previous policies regarding each business.

The Company’s transition to a holding company structure will enable us to consolidate management functions and the group’s common functions, etc., into Works, thereby allowing us to be more flexible with our distribution of management resources. In addition, by carrying out management at a greater level according to each business characteristic and development stage at each of the business subsidiaries, we will be able to build a system where everyone will be able to devote themselves to their duties.

The Works Applications Group will continue to work as one to contribute to improving customer satisfaction with our products and services under the same mission and vision even after our transition to a holding company structure.
